Dispensary
Srimad Jagatguru Swami Shri Sudarshanacharya ji Maharaj (GuruMaharaj), who believed that human welfare is the highest form of service to god, established a dispensary in Sidhdata Ashram by the name Janhit Swasthaya Suvidha Kendra for the benefit of common man. Emphasizing on public welfare , qualified physicians attend to the general health needs of the common public in this dispensary . Every day, hundreds of patients are being cured of their diseases at the Swasthya Kendra(dispensary). This Kendra is rendering a great social service by catering to the health needs of the socially helpless and the economically week by providing them with free health service. In compliance to Vedic convention that "All humans should be healthy & happy", special free medical camps are organized at Ashram on every second Sunday of the Month. In these camps, free examination and consultation is provided by specialist doctors along with free distribution of medicines. These camps are highly beneficial for economically week people from nearby villages who are getting the advantage of treatment by specialist doctors.
As per Lord Shri Krishna in Gita, people who contribute to human well-being & welfare, shall never meet misfortune. Understanding the importance to these words by the God himself; continuous efforts are carried out by Janhit Seva Charitable trust under able guidance of Swami Shri Purushottamacharya ji Maharaj (Guruji)for Human welfare and well-being in form of free medical camps and dispensary. Swami Shri Purushottamacharya ji envisages converting this dispensary to a hospital in near future.
