Janhit Seva Charitable Trust

In Sidhdata Ashram public welfare and charitable activities are being carried on under the keen supervision of Janhit Seva Charitable Trust since the time of our beloved Vaikunthvasi Shrimad Jagadguru Ramanujacharya Swami Sudarshanacharyaji Maharaj.

Various programs in respect of Education, Naamdhan (initiation), Health awareness, Satsang (spiritual discourses),Enviormental Initiatives and public welfare are undertaken. Satsangs are arranged to impart true spiritual knowledge to the general public.

In the ashram the residents are also provided with food, accommodation and clothing as per the season, which sums up to the basic necessities for their healthy living. The food and Prasad, which is freshly prepared daily in Annapoorna Rasoi, is distributed amongst all without any discrimination.

In Sri Lakshmi Narayan Divya Mandir distribution of Prasad takes place everyday, seven days of the week regularly after the evening observance of Aarti ritual. On Tuesdays, Saturdays and Sundays none other than the present Peethadheeshwar Shrimad Jagadguru Ramanujacharya Swami Purshottamacharyaji with his own sacrosanct hands distributes Prasad at the Mandir. During the distribution of Prasad myriad devotees line up with the hope, faith and devotion that just by receiving the Prasad from Peethadheeshwar Shrimad Jagadguru Ramanujacharya Swami Purshottamacaryaji all their adversities will cease to exist and their prayers will be accepted and answered.

There is a working dispensary (Charitable Hospital) for the benefit of the public in the Ashram. On the second Sunday of every month the Janhit Seva Charitable Trust of Shri Sidhdata Ashram organizes a special free health camp where free medical facilities are available for general public. Enhancement and conservation of Indian culture and Sanskrit is being managed through Swami Sudarshanacharya Ved Vedang Sanskirt MahaVidyala and the propagation and expansion of Vedic studies is operated at the Ved Vidyala.

For the conservation of cow-progeny nearly three hundred cows are being brought up at Narayan Goshala. There has been on going proceedings for Divya Satsang from time to time for the promotion of spiritual knowledge and self - realization.

Since the time of the establishment of Sidhdata Ashram activities for public good and public welfare are being carried on continuously to keep the nation always awakened and enliven as per our rich Vedic culture because this is imperative for our present day society and country.
