Thousands of disciple families paid homage to Vaikunthavasi Swami Sudarshanacharya Maharaj, the founder of Shri Siddhadata Ashram, on his death anniversary. MLA Seema Trikha inaugurated the huge medical check-up camp organized on the occasion.

MLA Seema Trikha said that she has always been coming to the ashram and directly feels the powers here. I consider the soil here as my fortune and feel happy coming here. He said that Vaikunthavasi Swami Sudarshanacharya Ji Maharaj used to know past, future and present without telling them and was able to bring radical changes in people's lives.

On this occasion, Jagadguru Swami Purushottamacharya Maharaj said that Baba has made this perfect place with his penance where religion, meaning, work and salvation are attained by those who have faith. He said that Baba has not died, death happens to those who do not follow Dharmacharan in life. Siddha saints do not die, they leave the body only when the time is over. He said that Vaikunthavasi Guru Maharaj is here and is showering his blessings on all of us. It is his promise that he will see to the welfare of those who will have faith in Shri Siddhadata Ashram.

Earlier, Swami Purushottamacharya offered prayers at Vaikunthavasi Baba's tomb and prayed for public welfare. In the camp, specialist doctors from Amrita Hospital, Able Hospital and Manav Rachna Dental College examined people for common diseases, heart, sugar, gynecological, bone and eye diseases. On this occasion, the cataract of the devotees was checked free of cost by Able Hospital and those found suitable were taken for operation. Guru devotees also expressed their views on this occasion, while singer Manthan Berry made this fiddle more meaningful with his melodious bhajans.
