Swami Shri Purushottamacharya Ji Maharaj spoke at the Independence Day function organized at Swami Sudarshanacharya Ved Vedang Sanskrit College.

Faridabad. Independence Day celebrations concluded with great fanfare at Swami Sudarshanacharya Ved Vedang Sanskrit College. On this occasion, the chairman of the college Jagadguru Ramanujacharya Swami Shri Purushottamacharya Ji Maharaj hoisted the flag.

He said that 15th August is the national festival of India and every Indian celebrates this festival with enthusiasm and enthusiasm. It is the responsibility of all Indians to keep the freedom of the country intact. We have to understand the value of freedom achieved after tireless struggle of our brave martyrs, freedom fighters and revolutionaries. He said that India's independence and progress lies in the fact that we understand the value of Sanskrit and our culture. Swami Shri Purushottamacharya Ji Maharaj said that today the country's economy is attracting the whole world towards itself. Today we are the fifth economic power of the world and soon we are moving towards becoming the third economic power. He extended Independence Day greetings to all the students, teachers, parents and devotees.

On this occasion, the students of the college and Ved Vidyalaya delivered speeches on Independence Day in Hindi, English and Sanskrit languages, while performing Yogasan gave the message of patriotism. Let us inform that in Swami Sudarshanacharya Ved Vedang Sanskrit Mahavidyalaya, children are given free education up to Shastri and they are also provided free accommodation and food here. The students of the college are earning fame across the country on the strength of their merit. On this occasion, Sarvbadha Nivaran Sarvakalyan Yagya was also performed in the Ashram's Yagyashala.
