On the occasion of Sanskrit Day, a competition sponsored by Haryana Sanskrit Academy was organized in Swami Sudarshanacharya Sanskrit Veda Ved Mahavidyalaya and Swami Sudarshanacharya Sanskrit Veda Vidyalaya. In which Shubh Sharma stood first, Circle Pathak second and Gaurav Jha third in Veda Mantra pronunciation and Shlok Antyakshari.

The event was held under the supervision of the President of Bharat Sanskrit Parishad, Faridabad, Dr. Geeta Arya and Smt. Pushpa Sharma, a retired Sanskrit teacher. On this occasion the principal of the school and all the teachers were present.
