Mahashivaratri festival was solemnized at Shri Lakshminarayan Divyadham, Shri Siddhadata Ashram. On this occasion, the presiding deity Param Pujya Anantashree Vibhushit Indraprastha and Haryana Peethadhishwar Shrimad Jagadguru Ramanujacharya Swami Shri Purushottamacharya Ji Maharaj has given Prasad and blessings to everyone by anointing Lord Mahadev.

On this occasion, he said that Mahadev ends the dissatisfaction of his devotees. He does not leave the wishes of his devotees unfulfilled but his greatest quality is not to indulge in material things. He has everything but he himself is the god who consumes ashes. It means that he is giving us the message not to be greedy for worldly things.

Shri Guru Maharaj ji said that on this day we also celebrate the marriage festival of Mahadev and he also has two sons Ganesh and Kartikeya whom he brings up with full devotion. But still he does not have any desire for the world. In this way, he is giving us the message that we will get everything, but if a human has taken birth in the world, then worship God. In this way, he is also the teacher who gives the most subtle knowledge.

Prior to this, Swami Shri Purushottamacharya Ji Maharaj performed the adornment, worship and abhishek of Savidhi Lord Mahadev, following the Ramanuja tradition. After which everyone received the blessings of Shri Guru Maharaj by anointing the Lord. On this occasion, excellent arrangements were made for darshan and food prasad for thousands of devotees who reached here.
