Service performed through the heart is the best service - Swami Shri Purushottamacharya Ji Maharaj
09-03-2014
Out of the three services i.e. service with the body, service through the heart and service with money, the service performed through the heart is the best service. If your heart is completely engaged in the service, then body and money will automatically in perfect unison get indulged in the service too. This rarefied statement was expressed by Anant shri Vibhushit Indraprastha and Haryana Peethadheeshwar Srimad Jagadguru Ramanujacharya Swami Purushottamacharya Ji Maharaj as Guruji was briefly speaking on the occasion of the health check up camp held at the Shri Sidhadata Ashram, located at Suraj Kund Road.
Srimad Jagadguru Ramanujacharya Swami Purushottamacharya Ji Maharaj said that the sentiments & beliefs of all the devotees coming here to Divyadham have been admired and praised in every nook and corner. For that, all truly deserve appreciation and compliments. Guruji expressed that service is the simplest way of receiving the blessings of God. It can be offered in three ways i.e. bodily service, service through the heart and monetary service. However, service done through the heart stands in the middleof these three services. If you pledge to offer service sincerely through the heart, then your body and mind will automatically get involved in the service. Guruji later offered Prasad to thousands of devotees present and also reiterated to have firm faith in the Divyadham. On this occasion, specialist doctors from different hospitals attended to approximately 855 persons. These people were examined by the doctors from different fields like ENT, Eye, gynecologist, orthopedic etc. and were given the required medicines according to their aliments. Homeopathic and Ayurvedic doctors also offered their services in the camp. The doctors present were Dr. Rakesh Kumar, Dr. Mamta Thakur, Dr. A.B. Chattergee, Dr. Nidhi, Dr. Sonal, Dr. Pooja, Indra Devi and S. R. Meena etc. This free medical camp is held during the second Sunday of each Month, whereas the Ayurvedic and Allopathic dispensaries at the Divyadham are open everyday for the welfare of the masses at large.
