Maa Siddhidatri the Supreme Goddess who bestows powers and Her blessings to all including Theoreticians – Swami Purshottamacharyaji Maharaj

At Shri Lakshmi Narayan Divya Dham the celebrations of the auspicious ceremony of Ram Navmi and Maa Siddhidatri's sacred Puja for the Welfare of all Mankind had taken place on Saturday the 19th of April, 2013. The festive occasion was celebrated in a very pompous and magnificent manner. On this sacred day myriads of devotees who had observed the austere ritual of fasting for the complete nine days of Navratri were present. From the early hours of the morning these dedicated devotees gathered in a line to get the Divine Darshan and Blessings of Maa Durga at the Shri Lakshmi Narayan Mandir. Venerators also gathered in um-teen numbers to circumambulate around the sacred path of Shri Sidhdata Ashram.

His Holiness Jagad Guru Swami Purshottamacharyaji Maharaj did Maa Bhagwati's Supreme form, Goddess Siddhidatri's Puja with immense divinity. Guru Maharaj ji elucidated to all the present devotees that Maa Siddhidatri is the ninth form and aspect of Maa Durga's Shakti worshipped during Navratri; who is the bestower of power and achievements to even the greatest of all theoreticians. Guru Maharaj ji also enlightened the devotees exemplifying that with the sincere worship, dedicated devotion and the divine grace of Maa Siddhidatri humans can clear and open up all their seven chakras revealing their true innate essence which helps in the awakening of natural spiritual powers. Once acquired then no other method is necessary.

His Holiness Swami Purshottamacharyaji Maharaj also mentioned that in the Devi Puran it is written that Lord Shiva too had attained various Powers by worshipping Maa Siddhidatri. Maa Siddhidatri has four arms. She holds a Chakra in Her right lower hand and a Mace in the upper. In the left lower hand there is a Conch and in Her upper left hand a Lotus flower. She is seated on a Lotus flower with a Lion as Her mount.

Guru Maharaj ji also sanctified this day Ram Navmi in the jubilation of Lord Ram's Birthday with great joy and devotion, distributing Prasad and bestowing His Amazing Grace to all the present devotees. On this auspicious ceremony Mr. Kuldeep Dr.O.P Bhalla of Manav Rachna International University too paid his humble respects with sincere adoration to Maa Durga.
