800 people & patients attended and benefitted from Medical camp organised at Shri Sidhdata Ashram on 10th November 2012. Camp was organised by Janhit Seva Charitable trust of Shri Sidhdata Ashram in the Ashram premises itself.

Speaking on the occasion Srimad Jagadguru Ramanujacharya Swami Shri Purushottamacharya Ji Maharaj said that Diwali is a festival of lamps and lights which brings new Hopes and lots of Happiness in everyone’s life. He said that we should try our best to keep this festival pollution free and environmental friendly, because what we give to environment is what we get back.

Shri Guruji also accentuated that when it comes to health matters, prevention is always better than cure. Hence we should make our best possible efforts not to fall ill in the first place by maintaining healthy habits and general hygiene in our surroundings at home and at work. He mentioned that current outbreak of Dengue and other epidemics is result of negligent and non-caring lifestyles towards oneself and environment.

Many specialist doctors attended to patients who came from various parts & surrounding villages. Medicines were distributed free of cost along with free Medical check-up at the camp.
